We are looking at some respawns tagged 7280,1125 7280 is the HItag and is the tile number of baby jackOlope.
We are going to alter 6 respawn tiles so finding them will be easier with a names.h tag discription file.
Respawns show a transporter flash when they appear if the player has them in sight when they are activated.

This strategy requires the armor to be out of sync with the shield.

Well, maybe you could assign certain areas that are within reach of the longhouse so whenever the player dies in that area he wakes up in the Longhouse and some areas may be too out of the way for such respawn and will cause an effect described later when I can think of something...
When another PC respawns you via raise dead or resurrection, your total number of remaining respawns is not affected; only when you self-respawn will the number drop, not total respawns.

If you are going to tie in a stat with your ability to respawn, there's no way you can make it fair to every player if you go the group respawn rate ("Cool, with Hap having a high respawn rate, I won't put any points there").
Honestly, I think I'm going to have to change my tune after thinking about it, with team respawn, it's going to take ALOT to destroy the portal, now, given, these are ideal circumstances, but that type of case will happen, and most likely often.
But then as everyone gets more exp. the heavies will be able to WASTE a portal quick so you need to respawn quicker otherwise you may not get the chance to respawn at all.

Quickly go back to the lower area before the Snakey respawns in its place.
  • Go under the Gol, shoot and push him up into the water like you did with the Snakey.
  • It will respawn left of the Medusa.
  • Go right and around.
  • Go back to the bottom area before the Gol respawns and get the heart under the Medusa.
  • Go under the Snakey and push him up and left into the area where there's no desert.

     Map criteria
    However some choke points next to a respawn aren't terrible, it depends on how much space/room there is to work in.
    This is no fun nor is it the fairest for match play.
    This means an attacking team most likely won't have to deal with the same person a second time before reaching the objective (however the addition of Engy built tele's create an exception to this).

    No respawns will make a game of SAR turn into LMS because majority of the time the hosties are out in the open and no one would want to run out in the open for fear of getting shot.
    I play no respawns sometimes and its a good change everyonce in awhile but SAR is way better with some respawns.

    If a players weakness is aim, have him concentrate on guarding and timing armor and weapons, it can have a major impact on how well a game goes.
    If a player thinks they are going to jump into a fight and rip it up with a plasma gun they are in for a very rude awakening.
    It is on par with timing the quad, it is what allows one to pick off respawns with impunity.

    It has to suck to be playing a multiplayer game of augmented reality quake, and respawn where you died.
    The respawning thing is something you see every once in a while, usually on big fields with a lot of players.
    You could implement it so that you have to walk back to one or more respawn points in order to respawn, and in the mean time, you wouldn't be able to shoot.

    No, I'd like to know how to stop a certain team's respawns after a certain objective is completed.
    For instance, if I don't want the Axis to be able to respawn at all, could I somehow set the respawn time to infinity (or some other value) to prevent the respawn from taking place?

    Be sure you know quad respawns 30 seconds after it runs out, and be there when it respawns.
    When Yellow Armor respawns, and you have good enough armor, let your teamates know, YA is up!
    When your team has control at RL/Bridge area, it is your job to sweep SNG/Red armor area and clear it out, but be sure to be back before quad respawns!

     Australian Universal Soldiers *AUS* - Delta Force Division
    There is a difference with this FB map compared to normal ones, and that is that the flag is near the respawn of each team with the flag bays being in the centre of the map.
    But modifying for another gametype, adding more respawns, removing tags or changing anything else is not acceptable and we get sick of seeing this take place.
    There is a bridge joining the repawn to the Island so players may take the straight ahead route to the flag/zone/killzone or swim to a flank.

    One will kill the Turtle without taking damage and respawn, and the rest will go through to hit him.
    Block the Gorilla Chieftains with a simple Raging Goblin, when it respawns, hit it with Engulfing Flames then kill it to prevent regeneration.

    You kill mob X, it doesn't respawn until mob Y is killed or 30 minutes pass (long enough so that you can clear the immediate area of other spawns, to make it more practical, exp-wise, to advance rather than to wait for mobs to despawn).
    The problem that I see with anticamp radii and the tokens (interesting idea there), is troublesome players abusing it to deny other players content.
    A FD monk could go AFK and prevent respawn.

     TWL: I am pleased to announce...
    The reason for the infinite respawns is to make the game go for 15 mins so u dont end it after 3 mins by wiping the other team out and not taking any smoke.
    Just to clarify on the Infinite respawns & No sensors - it's all about the smoke time - NOT about the number of kills you get.

    Iron takes about 5 seconds as long as tin, copper and clay to respawn.
