 Pokemon Colosseum (Nintendo)
Plus you have to use a gameboy to play 2-4 players.
This pokemon game has a whole different story mode, because you have to save the "shadow" pokemon, which have had the door to their hearts closed by a bunch of bad guys who are planning to take over the world!!!
The only thing is that there is no wild pokemon in this game, unlike the rest of the pokemon games collection.

Nintendo 64 tips, codes, hints, cheats, passwords, and secrets: Pokemon Stadium
During a battle your Pokemon has to be poisoned and have to have at least low HP like 5 or 6 Hit Points and it must know fly.
Go back to the Game Boy game and you should have all your Pokemon back, except the low level one, plus you can the ones you need.
Sent in by Code Hunter When the move "Wrap" is used against you in battle, switch your Pokemon after the first attack (in the succession of 2-5) hits you.

Pokemon stand for Pocket Monster and there are 150 to collect in the Red and Blue versions of the game.
Pokemon will attack with ordianry moves like punch and kick, or a type specific move like Thunderbolt (electric) or Confusion (psychic).
Battles are turn based and see you confronting wild pokemon, you use your pet pokemon which you store in special Pokeballs to battle these enemy pokemons and you have a choice of capturing or defeating them.

But as it stands, 3/10 is all I can give for this game.
If you pick strong Pokemon (and there are some clues as to which these are) and train a lot, most of the game will be a breeze.
The high score is based on the fact that there are 186 new Pokemon, more than in RBY or GSC, and each type is represented, including steel and dark, which were introduced in GSC but were still quite rare.

I have played this game and I think you should let people age 4 and up play this game.
Overall, if you are either really into Pokemon, losing interest, or just looking for a great late N64 game, then this is a great choice.

If you’re into the Pokemon games though there will be enough to keep you interested though, especially being able to download a lot of the Pokemon that came from the Gold and Silver versions to your GBA Pokemon game packs.
You can use the Pokemon you capture in the main story mode, or you can link up a GBA version of the game and upload a team from there.
If you connect a game boy game in for the stadium battle modes you will see your character from the GBA game battle in the background.

Imo, Pokemon games seem to be more for people who like to collect things and compare Pokemon that they've 'nurtured' for hours on end, than for people who like RPGs.
You should be able to pick up Gold/Silver for a tenner now in most places, unless you want to start off simple, in which case go for the originals.
Nintendo reevaluated the green game and released the blue version as a sort of 'buy a complete new game'-patch, which became standard here.

Pokemon Colosseum - Reader Review - GameFAQs
Pokemon Colosseum delivers in terms of story and game play for a Pokemon game as you would expect it too.
The first unique part of Pokemon Colosseum is that all battles in the Story mode are two-on-two, a concept that was very briefly introduced in the Ruby/Sapphire games for the GBA.
Luckily, this is the only true weak point to Pokemon Colosseum, and in the grand scheme of things it does not detract from the gaming experience in a huge way.

 Pokemon Colosseum Review
This is where Pokemon Colosseum stands, and, despite the complaints I’ve listed in the above categories, if you played Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire and enjoyed it (and if you didn’t, there’s something wrong with you), I’d say you have a lot of explaining to do if you don’t go out and get this game right away.
If you’re looking for the ultimate GameCube game to spend your $50 on, this game is not quite it, but if you’re a fan of Pokemon, by all means, you should add this game to your collection.
This means that, as I’ve stated in Gameplay, first you have to go through the challenge of raising your Pokemon to Level 50, or even Level 100, just to be able to enter.

Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Stadium 2 Comparison
It’s good to see Pokemon in 3D action on your N64 rather than in 2D action on your Game Boy, so that earns these games a lot of points.
You send Pokemon into the game via a Transfer Pack, and they battle it out in 3D on the N64.
Despite the difficulty issue (you don’t really HAVE to beat the tournaments if you don’t want to, these games are really multiplayer) the Pokemon Stadium games are fun.

I hate how all "3-D" console Pokemon games are not real Pokemon games.
The ORIGINAL Pokemon (aka Red/ Blue) should be made into an RPG for the N64, or now, the Game Cube.
And finally, all of the dungeons from the other Pokemon titles would be included, and players would be able to team up with one another to battle other trainers, along with Team Rocket bots.
