The overall flavour of the game is reflected in movies such as John Carpenter's Vampires, From Dusk Till Dawn and Phantasm II.

The basic gist of all these games is that one chooses a character to portray, and then follows the roles of the dice in order to progress through the game.
Shortly following the introduction and success of the Ravenloft games, a new game was created called Chill, in which a major part of the game was the hunting and fighting against vampires.
Rather than being a matter of playing a game, it is more like the old customs of Barding, where several persons come together to create stories and often act them out, assuming different characteristics and personas, so as to liven the experience, and make it fun and enjoyable.

Not bad as a generic horror game but hardly in the same league as Call of Cthulhu and without the humour of Ghostbusters RPG.
This RPG dealt with traditional horror (some were unkind enough to refer to it as the Scooby Doo RPG) such as vampires, werewolves, ghosts and mummies and linked the PCs together via an international network of parapsychologists looking into the outré and unexplained.
This was the second publisher of this classic old RPG, brought up to date (for the `90s that is) and released in a wonderful looking hardbacked book.

This is a piece from the role-playing-game Ys, the theme of church, which was actually never used in the game due to the fact that there was not a matching context to use this piece, but was recorded as a bonus track on the soundtrack album.
The Game Boy soundtrack is now complete with the Chill theme sequenced by SEN (thomaj51@uwosh.edu) and the Fever theme together with the title tune sequenced by Leopold McGinnis.
Actually this game was originally done by Konami on the MSX2 homecomputer.
